You will LOVE how close you are to everything, but removed from the late-night chaos in the town center. Our home is located in a private townhouse community on Old Colony Way near Conwell St, just down the street from Far Land Provisions, one of our favorite coffee and sandwich spots. Our neighborhood is a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home. When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that the homes on our street are part of a private townhouse community with some shared outdoor spaces (parking area, courtyard gardens). While it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors or their guests, most of the time when we’re there, it's peaceful and quiet, and we hear nothing.

Guest Access

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire unit, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. A few locked closets store supplies and owner belongings. Please note, there is an adjoining unit downstairs that the unit owners occasionally occupy as a second home. Access to this unit will be locked from the main unit. Owners will access this unit from a separate garden entrance when they are in residence. Renters are not permitted to enter the garden level. Please contact us if you need to access the circuit box or other mechanicals in the lower level that service the entire townhouse. ✮✮ PARKING INFORMATION ✮✮ Our dedicated parking space is closest to the end of the parking lot and marked #1 on the concrete block where you pull up to. There is another space marked #1 in front of the trash bins - please do not park here. Please be sure to park in the correct spots so you're not blocking a neighbor's private parking. For additional parking, there are public, metered parking spaces at intersection of Harry Kemp and Conwell. Paid lots are available next to CVS (132 Bradford) and Far Land Provisions (148 Bradford) The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 3, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 4 - April 30 The parking lot at MacMillan Pier is located in the center of town by Lopes Square. Open 24 hours a day from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours. ✮✮ FERRY INFORMATION ✮✮ We are a 10-minute walk (0.5 miles) from the Provincetown Ferry terminal (when cutting through the CVS parking lot on the way to our place). If you're arriving by ferry and don't want to or cannot walk that distance, hop into a taxi or pedicab that you can pick up right upon disembarkation or after a short walk toward Commercial St.
