We had the most amazing stay here for our mini honeymoon. The location truly couldn’t be better—right on the water and in the heart of Provincetown, with easy walking access to shops, restaurants, and everything the town has to offer. The space itself was adorable, incredibly clean, and thoughtfully organized, making it easy to fully relax and enjoy our time. Our host was wonderful, responsive, attentive, and checked in just enough to ensure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to experience Provincetown while being steps from the water and all the fun the area has to offer!

This was literally perfect! Jason was super responsive, checked in without prompting, allowed early check in. The place was incredible. Very clean, organized, had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. We will absolutely come back :)

This home is both sophisticated and comfortable. Jason has created a very inviting space. It’s walkable to everything you need (coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, boutique stores, etc.) while being situated in a quiet area. The guest rooms are large with plenty of closet space and the most comfortable beds. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Provincetown. We had a wonderful time!

Great spot in Ptown! The location couldn’t be better—easy walking distance to all the best restaurants and bars, which made everything super convenient. The place itself had plenty of room, was really clean, and nicely stocked with everything we needed. Perfect for a fun, low-stress getaway. Would definitely stay again!

We had such a wonderful time at the house!. It sits a bit outside of P town and hence it is quiet and perfect for a very relaxing stay. The setting and unobstructed view towards the beach is stunning. It’s a lovely, well maintained, spacious beach house and it has everything that‘s needed to have a really good time there. We felt very welcome, Jason was very responsive and attentive. We will certainly come back!

The property is GORGEOUS and so are the cottages ! We had a blast , despite the weather not cooperating. We will deff be coming back in a few weeks when it’s not so rainy and cold

It was the perfect place in Providencetown. Not right on Commercial Street, but just the right distance to be able to easily walk to all the restaurants and shops. It was so peaceful, comfortable, and everything was really clean. It was an amazing place for our weekend trip and the host was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a few days off-season and enjoyed it very much. Clean, comfortable, great walkable location, and very quiet…at least during April. The view of the water was quite nice as well. Two thumbs up.

We loved staying at Jason’s place! It is in a fabulous location (the water is literally right off the deck), and we had the unexpected gift of witnessing spectacular sunrises. It is very easy to walk to restaurants and other attractions. The space was a bit smaller than we anticipated but it had everything we needed, and ended up being a perfectly cozy stay and immediately felt like home! Jason was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was everything we hoped for! We would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a magical Provincetown experience!!
