The house is lovely - spacious, beautiful large deck, modern appliances, easy parking. Beach access is easy, the views are wonderful. Very quiet with great birdwatching, the occasional hare and fox. Jason was always quick to respond to any text. We hope to have the chance to stay here again.

Perfect spot to walk to everything. We were a week before Memorial Day so parking was easy and accessible. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It also had an excellent view of the water. Could not ask for more. We would definitely stay there again and will recommend to others.

We had an absolutely magical time staying here. Jason was a great host; very responsive, helpful and nice. The place is perfect for two with an incredible view and perfect patio. Falling asleep to the sound of the bay was such a treat. The location is also unbeatable. The perfect combination of right in the heart of it all with everything a short walk away, but far enough back from the street that it’s quiet. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Perfect in every way. Very close to our favorite spots. We never took the car out of the garage! Just far enough away from downtown to be peaceful. Loved everything about it.

Quartier sympa, arrivée facile, parking gratuit. A deux pas du centre, avec un café au bas de la rue. Le logement ressemble aux photos, il est beau et confortable. Je reviendrai!

Jason's place was incredible - we had a great stay, and fell in love with Provincetown! The space was perfect, and the beautiful spring flowers right outside our door - lilacs, lily of the valley, emerging peonies - such a beautiful presence. We could walk to anything, then sit on our private beach area. Thanks Jason!

Had a great time here! You are walking distance to basically everything. We parked our car and didn't get back in it until we left at the end of the trip. Being right on the beach is a huge plus

Great location. In the heart downtown Provincetown but tucked away off the main commercial street. Beautiful view of the water from the kitchen/dining window. Unit was clean and looked exactly as presented in the pictures. Jason’s communications and instructions were very clear and he messaged us several times to check in on how the stay was going. While the unit has a reserved parking spot, be aware that it is located a block or two from the unit (Jason communicated this in his check in instructions to us). A non-issue for us with only two small roller suitcases but something to plan for if you are bringing many and/or large bags. Overall, great location in heart of PTown. Would definitely stay there again in any future trips

Amazing stay! Falling asleep to wind chimes was so nice. The home was pristine and the furniture was so cute. Great location and great communication with host. My dog loved the deck! Would stay again!

We loved the location and the property itself. The private yard was perfect for a summer barbecue. The place was spotless and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a Keurig. 😉
