We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others. Being part of a residential street in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel between the homes on our street, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Many of our neighbors live here year-round, and your vacation is their everyday home. They like us, and we'd prefer to keep it that way! We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours and help us preserve the calm, residential nature of our neighborhood. We realize that we have a large home with a hot tub, deck, and back yard. You are welcome to have a few friends over, but please use your judgment. Our home is not suitable for parties, large gatherings, or pre-event hosting. Do not bring the party back here. Don't have a huge pre-game gathering. A few friends are fine. We use and love this home throughout the year, and we are delighted to share it with respectful guests. We ask that you treat the property with the same care and consideration you would your own home and leave everything in the same condition in which you found it. Our property is a smoke-free property (interior and exterior per HOA rules) By booking the home, you acknowledge and agree to these occupancy terms. ✨ Peace of Mind with Waivo ✨ Instead of a traditional security deposit, your reservation includes a damage waiver covering up to $3,000 in accidental damage to real or personal property. Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
You will LOVE how close you are to everything, but removed from the late-night chaos in the town center. You may want bikes to get to Herring Cove or Race Point Beach - there are two bike shops offering well-priced daily or weekly rentals within a 5- or 10-minute walk. The homes nearby are a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation may be our neighbor's full-time home. When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that, like most streets in Provincetown, homes on our street are densely situated, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.
Guest Access
✨✨ GUEST ACCESS ✨✨ Guests have full access to the entire main level, including both bedrooms, the bathroom, kitchen, living areas, and private outdoor space with hot tub. Access to this unit will be locked from the main unit. Owners will access this unit from a separate garden entrance when they are in residence. Renters are not permitted to enter the garden level. Please contact us if you need to access the circuit box or other mechanicals in the lower level that service the entire home.
