You will LOVE how close you are to everything, but removed from the late-night chaos in the town center. Our home is located on Bradford Street and two of the three bedrooms overlook it. The homes are a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home. When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am. There is a bed & breakfast next door, and our terrace looks into their pool area. Please be aware that, like most streets in Provincetown, homes on our street are densely situated, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.

Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities! Enjoy exclusive access to all areas of the house, including the well-appointed open-concept kitchen / dining / living spaces, and tranquil outdoor roofdeck where you can breathe in the fresh ocean air and check out the sights - you'll see Provincetown Harbor in the distance and (if you're lucky....or unlucky depending on your scene) get a view of the guests sunbathing at the bed & breakfast's pool next door! We have one locked area - the room immediately to the left when you walk up the front stairs. This is the owner's study that we keep for supplies and owner's belongings. Whether you're relaxing indoors or soaking up the sun outside, our entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay minus that one locked room. No matter where your adventures in Provincetown take you, know that you can always return to the comfort and tranquility of our home. The Ultimate Peace of Mind for Our Guests with Waivo: Instead of charging a separate security deposit like many hosts do, our rental rates already include a damage waiver fee that covers up to $3,000 for damage to real or personal property of our vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. ✮✮ FERRY INFORMATION ✮✮ We are a quick 11-minute walk from the Provincetown Ferry terminal. ✮✮ PARKING INFORMATION ✮✮ We have two deeded parking spots in our driveway (which we share with unit #2, who owns the third spot). Please be sure that you're parked in one of the two leftmost spots. For additional parking, there are parking lots along Bradford St., which is a short walk from our home. The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 2, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 3 - April 30 The closest large municipal parking lot is the MacMillian Pier Parking lot, located in the center of town by Lopes Square. Open 24 hours a day from May 1 - November 2, 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours.
