We take great pride in accurately describing our home so you know what you will be renting. We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others. Being part of a residential community in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel among the homes on our street, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. During the summer, the Provincetown Inn pool will be playing music from 10am-5pm and you might hear some of that at our cottage and on the beach near our house. It's actually pretty fun and festive, and it's free to enjoy their pool so it's worth a walk over! Outside of that, most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing since the West End tends to be extremely quiet. 🚫 No Fires Permitted For the safety of all guests and the protection of the home, open flames of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. The West End is stunning, and our cottage is a welcome refuge from a bustling, energetic time in Ptown. You will LOVE how close you are to everything, but removed from the late-night chaos in the town center. Delft Haven is an iconic and special part of Provincetown, featuring some of the most desirable homes at the far end of Commercial Street. Passersby admire the charming and classic Cape Cod design and the breathtaking views of Provincetown Harbor and Long Point. The magical sunsets with take your breath away with spectacular colors of the rainbow. Our part of Commercial Street is a quiet one-way, and the homes are a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home. When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that, like most streets in Provincetown, homes on our street are densely situated, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing but the ocean breeze.

Guests have access to the entire vacation home, including all rooms, amenities, and common outdoor areas. The Ultimate Peace of Mind for Our Guests with Waivo: Instead of charging a separate security deposit like many hosts do, our rental rates already include a damage waiver fee that covers up to $3,000 for damage to real or personal property of our vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. ✮✮ FERRY INFORMATION ✮✮ Walk from the Provincetown Ferry to our front door in under 25 minutes. ✮✮ PARKING INFORMATION ✮✮ Our rental comes with one deeded parking spot. Like many Provincetown parking spots, ours is tight and likely won’t fit large trucks or large SUVs as they may hang out the back end of the parking pad. Think Jeep Cherokee and smaller. The closest large parking lot is the West End Parking Lot, located a few minutes back toward town! The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 3, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 4 - April 30
