We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours and help us preserve the calm, residential nature of our neighborhood. We use and love this home throughout the year, and we are delighted to share it with respectful guests. ✮✮ FERRY INFORMATION ✮✮ If you're taking the ferry, we're about a 20-25 minute walk up Conwell St (which turns into Race Point Rd. when you cross over Rte 6), but we strongly advise that you hop into a cab at the ferry terminal, since you'd need to cross Rte 6 on foot with your luggage (which is fine - there are crosswalks, but a cab would be easier). ✮✮ PARKING INFORMATION ✮✮ Our rental comes with one deeded parking spot, conveniently located in front of the house by the big tree, making arrivals and departures simple and stress‑free. If your group is bringing a second vehicle, we advise that you park that in one of the Town or private lots.
