Quiet hours for all public areas (hallway and parking area) are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that noise might travel among units in our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing. Our home is in the far East End of Provincetown. We’re removed from the craziness of the center of town, but a quick walk or bike ride away. Our condo association is a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home. When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that, like most streets and multi-unit properties in Provincetown, homes on our street are densely situated, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing, but you may hear footsteps upstairs if our neighbors are home.

✮✮ FERRY INFORMATION ✮✮ Walk from the Provincetown Ferry to our front door is about 2 miles and about 50 minutes, so if you're arriving by ferry, you'll likely want to hop into a taxi or pedicab that you can pick up right upon disembarkation or after a short walk toward Commercial St. ✮✮ PARKING INFORMATION ✮✮ We're happy to provide you with one dedicated parking spot in the community lot for your convenience. There are additional spots for guests on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you're driving into town, realize that the Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 3, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 4 - April 30
