Reserve your stay now and experience the charm of the West End! ✮ PARKING INFORMATION ✮ Free parking is available for one vehicle. Please park in the designated space only, located immediately in front of the white garage door. Our spot should fit most standard vehicles. Think Jeep Cherokee and smaller - 15-16' long or thereabouts. Anything longer will stick out to the street. The street is not super busy, but it's a one-way neighborhood street that is relatively narrow. Please avoid parking in areas near the road or the premises, as there are designated right-of-way zones. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring smooth access for all guests! If your car doesn't fit, or if you need additional parking spaces, there is a small public parking lot on School St. between Bradford and Commercial, and another along Bradford between Liz's and Mussel Beach. The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 1 - March 31 The closest large parking lot is the MacMillian Pier Parking lot, located in the center of town by Lopes Square. Open 24 hours a day from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours. There are also privately run parking lots, not affiliated with the Town, all along Bradford St. Parking rules and rates vary - check the signs at each lot.

Being part of a multi-family building in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel between the units within our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing. You will LOVE how close you are to everything, but removed from the late-night chaos in the town center. You can easily access everything in town by foot and, because the ferry is so close to the house, you can get into town by boat from Boston and never need a car. (The Ptown airport is a 7-minute car ride away.) You may want bikes to get to Herring Cove or Race Point Beach — there are two bike shops offering well-priced daily or weekly rentals within a 5- or 10-minute walk. The homes nearby are a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation may be our neighbor's full-time home. When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that, like most streets in Provincetown, homes on our street are densely situated, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.
