Just three minutes from Bradford St. and one additional block to Commercial St. ✨ BEDROOMS ✨ Three bedrooms are located upstairs. ➔ Front bedroom has a queen bed ➔ Center bedroom has two twin beds and a work area with desk, chair, monitor, and printer ➔ Back bedroom has a queen bed. ➔ We also have a sleeper sofa downstairs. Our home sleeps 6 adults comfortably in beds. If you're planning to use the pullout and invite extra guests, please let us know in advance. Additional guest charges apply. Front and back bedrooms have window unit AC which are installed at the end of May. Heat is throughout controlled by the thermostat in the center bedroom. Our bedrooms do not have overhead lighting, but a lamp is in each room. Please note that the two bedrooms at the far ends of the house have closed doors. The bedroom in the middle with two twin beds has a pocket door that closes to the bathroom, and an open doorway (with no door) that leads to a landing and downstairs. There is also a pull-out couch downstairs in case guests wish to use that instead. ✨ BATHROOMS ✨ Our two fully renovated bathrooms give plenty of space for your group to get read and look fabulous! The main bathroom is downstairs, featuring a double vanity and tiled shower. Upstairs is the second bathroom, off the center bedroom and back hallway. ✨ OUTDOOR SPACE ✨ Step outside and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature! Our outdoor spaces provide the perfect setting for enjoying the coastal breeze and soaking up the sun. Whether you're cooking out on the patio or simply unwinding on the front porch, you'll find tranquility and serenity right outside your door. There is a covered front porch with two chairs, an excellent place for morning coffee or an afternoon drink. An exclusive use patio is on the side of the home with a table and chairs to enjoy an outdoor lunch and a couple lounge chairs. ✨ LIVING AREA ✨ Step inside and feel right at home! Think Jeep Cherokee and smaller. One reasonably-sized vehicle will fit no problem. Just please make sure you're parking toward the left side of the lot nearest our building, and remember to leave room for our full-time neighbor on the far right (he has a red pickup truck) to ensure a smooth parking experience for everyone. For additional parking, we're just a block from the Montello-Bradford Parking Lot, which has an additional fee.

We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others. Being part of a residential community in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel among the homes on our street, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing. The West End is stunning, and this spacious and comfortable condo is a welcome refuge from a bustling, energetic time in Ptown. You will LOVE how close you are to everything, but removed from the late-night chaos in the town center. Our street is a quiet one-way, and the homes are a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home. When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that, like most streets in Provincetown, homes on our street are densely situated, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.

The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 1 - April 30 The closest large parking lot is the MacMillian Pier Parking lot, located in the center of town by Lopes Square. Open 24 hours a day from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours.
