The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 1 - March 31 The closest large parking lot is the MacMillian Pier Parking lot, located in the center of town by Lopes Square. Open 24 hours a day from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours. If you're lucky, you'll grab a spot in the Johnson St. lot right behind Pepe's Wharf. Only a handful of spots there and they are often full during high season, but work a peek since you'll need to drive past it anyway if you're headed to the MacMillian Pier Parking lot. Another option for overnight parking is Provincetown Public Parking, located a short 5-minute walk at 134 Bradford St. opposite Provincetown Brewing Co.

Exactly as pictured and described. Loved the guidebook with recommendations. Winter definitely quiet compared to summer, but we enjoyed exploring at our leisure. Condo is very clean and well supplied. Perfect for two people. The view is wonderful. Would absolutely recommend a stay here.
