If additional parking is needed, there is a municipal parking lot across the street to the right of the fire house. Additional fees may apply, depending upon the time of year that you visit. Parking Enforcement for Parking Lots is from May 1st through October 31st, seven days a week, including holidays.

Being part of a multi-unit residential building in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Our neighbors live here year-round, so please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home. When you're coming and going in the interior hallways, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours for all public areas (hallway, roof deck, parking area) are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that noise might travel among units in our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.
