Our neighbors live here year-round, and your vacation is their everyday home. They like us, and we'd prefer to keep it that way! We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours and help us preserve the calm, residential nature of our neighborhood. We realize that we have a large home with a sweet backyard patio. You are welcome to have a few friends over, but please use your judgment. Our home is not suitable for parties, large gatherings, or pre-event hosting. Do not bring the party back here. Don't have a huge pre-game gathering. A few friends are fine. We use and love this home throughout the year, and we are delighted to share it with respectful guests. We ask that you treat the property with the same care and consideration you would your own home and leave everything in the same condition in which you found it. Our Town of Provincetown occupancy permit allows a maximum of six (6) guests. The downstairs office contains a daybed; however, it is not approved as a sleeping area under our license and may not be used for overnight occupancy. Enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, minus the locked owner's closets. Please be mindful that the room to the left downstairs is an office. We realize that there is a daybed in here. This is NOT to be used as an additional sleeping area for members of your group or others who you might meet in town. Our occupancy permit is for 6 guests, and the 3 bedrooms permitted as part of our license are the ones with proper beds and egress. If upon your departure it is discovered that you have used this room for sleeping, or if occupancy has exceeded 6 guests, we will be charging you an additional amount equal to 25% of your total rental or $2,500 - whichever is greater. By renting our home, you are agreeing to these terms.
