Our parking spot is #4, fits one mid-sized vehicle, and is the farthest one on the left. The spot is narrow, but fits most small and mid-sized vehicles (I have a Jeep Cherokee, and we fit just fine, but anything larger such as pickup trucks or oversized SUVs will not fit). If someone is parked in the spot, check with the other unit renters in case they are parked there erroneously. Alternatively, the West End Parking Lot is conveniently located across the street. Parking is first-come, first-serve. 45 parking spots. The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1st - November 3rd, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is by the hour, and a 24-hour parking fee is $30.

Please be aware that noise might travel between the units within our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Many of our neighbors live here year-round, and your vacation is their everyday home. They like us, and we'd prefer to keep it that way! We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours and help us preserve the calm, residential nature of our neighborhood. We use and love this home throughout the year, and we are delighted to share it with respectful guests. The West End is stunning and filled with gorgeous gardens and stately and historic buildings. This spacious and comfortable condo is a welcome refuge from a bustling, energetic time in Ptown. You will LOVE how close you are to everything, but removed from the late-night chaos in the town center. Our part of Commercial Street is a quiet one-way, and the homes are a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home. When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that, like most streets in Provincetown, homes on our street are densely situated, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.

Apart from the owner's closet, feel free to utilize every room in our unit. Our building is one of the most historic homes on Provincetown’s West End. The perennial gardens and ship’s mast out front have been a part of the community for generations!

✮✮ FERRY INFORMATION ✮✮ Walk from the Provincetown Ferry to our front door in under 20 minutes. ✮✮ PARKING INFORMATION ✮✮ Our rental comes with one deeded parking spot. Like many Provincetown parking spots, ours is tight and likely won’t fit large trucks or large SUVs as they may hang out the back end of the parking pad. Think Jeep Cherokee and smaller. The closest large parking lot is the West End Parking Lot, located right across the street! The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 3, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 4 - April 30
