This is a shoes-off home - slippers are provided. Air conditioned with split-system units. This rental is located up a flight of stairs that are somewhat steep. ✨ BOOK YOUR STAY TODAY! ✨ Whether you're visiting for a relaxing retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, West End Nest is the perfect place to call home in Provincetown. Reserve your stay now and experience the charm of the West End! ✮ PARKING INFORMATION ✮ Free parking is available for one vehicle in the designated space, located immediately to the left of the building and alongside the fence. Please note that parking is not permitted in the open area to the left of the designated space (which belongs to a different property) or in the space in front of the garage (which is exclusively for Unit 2). Our spot should fit most standard vehicles. We did fit a 19' RAM 1500 in the spot, but it hung out a bit onto the street, so that might be a touch too large. Think Jeep Cherokee and smaller - 15-16' long or thereabouts. The street is not super busy, but it's a one-way neighborhood street that is relatively narrow. The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 1 - March 31 The closest large parking lot is the MacMillian Pier Parking lot, located in the center of town by Lopes Square. Open 24 hours a day from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours. There are also privately run parking lots, not affiliated with the Town, all along Bradford St. Parking rules and rates vary - check the signs at each lot.

We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others. Being part of a multi-family building in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel between the units within our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing. Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
You will LOVE how close you are to everything, but removed from the late-night chaos in the town center. You can easily access everything in town by foot and, because the ferry is so close to the house, you can get into town by boat from Boston and never need a car. (The Ptown airport is a 7-minute car ride away.) You may want bikes to get to Herring Cove or Race Point Beach — there are two bike shops offering well-priced daily or weekly rentals within a 5- or 10-minute walk. The homes nearby are a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation may be our neighbor's full-time home. When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that, like most streets in Provincetown, homes on our street are densely situated, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.

Enjoy access to the entire condo and the expansive views from our deck! You will need to climb stairs to access both the building's front door and the unit's entrance.
