Our home is in the far East End of Provincetown. We’re removed from the craziness of the center of town, but a quick walk or bike ride away. Our condo association is a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home. When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that, like most streets and multi-unit properties in Provincetown, homes on our street are densely situated, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing, but you may hear footsteps upstairs if our neighbors are home.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire vacation home, including all rooms, amenities, and outdoor areas. This includes the fully equipped kitchen, stylish living room, comfortable bedroom, and private deck and relaxation areas. Enjoy smart features like WiFi and smart TV for added convenience. Additionally, guests have access to the beach and nearby dining options. The Ultimate Peace of Mind for Our Guests with Waivo: Instead of charging a separate security deposit like many hosts do, our rental rates already include a damage waiver fee that covers up to $3,000 for damage to real or personal property of our vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. ✮✮ FERRY INFORMATION ✮✮ Walk from the Provincetown Ferry to our front door is 2.5 miles and about 50 minutes, so if you're arriving by ferry, you'll likely want to hop into a taxi or pedicab that you can pick up right upon disembarkation or after a short walk toward Commercial St. ✮✮ PARKING INFORMATION ✮✮ We're happy to provide you with one reserved parking spot in the community lot for your convenience. When unloading or loading your belongings, you may park briefly in front of the buildings (15-minute limit), but please note that this area is a fire lane. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask that guests avoid making three-point turns or U-turns in the driveway. Parking Pass Reminder: From May 15th to September 15th, all vehicles must display an Oceanside Parking tag on the rearview mirror or place a parking permit on the dashboard. You will find copies of the permit inside the guest binder in the living room. If you're driving into town, realize that the Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 3, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 4 - April 30
