Our building has 3 rows of tandem spaces that hold 3 regular-sized cars / midsized SUVs each (9 cars total). Larger pickup trucks are not allowed since they will take up more space than allowed for one spot. It's actually a pretty simple parking setup that we'll explain in more detail after booking. If you need more space, the closest large parking lot is the West End Parking Lot, located about a 4-5 minute walk further into the West End at the boat ramp / dog beach. That lot holds 45 metered spaces. The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 3, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 4 - April 30
Other Details to Note
** Note for Summer 2025 ** Our building is having repairs completed on the lower deck and seawall (this is the deck beneath the one shown in these photos with the sectional - you can see the lower deck in some of the drone photos taken from the water). Direct access to the beach will be restricted during the construction period, which we anticipate will be completed in August 2025. There is a secondary access point just up Commercial Street. We do not have a specific work schedule available. ** We take great pride in accurately describing our home so you know what you will be renting. We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others. Being part of a residential community in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel among the homes on our street, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. The Ultimate Peace of Mind for Our Guests with Waivo: Instead of charging a separate security deposit like many hosts do, our rental rates already include a damage waiver fee that covers up to $3,000 for damage to real or personal property of our vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. The West End is stunning, and this spacious and comfortable condo is a welcome refuge from a bustling, energetic time in Ptown. You will LOVE how close you are to everything, but removed from the late-night chaos in the town center. We are located above Relish, a popular breakfast / lunch spot. You can easily access everything in town by foot and, because the ferry is so close to the house, you can get into town by boat from Boston and never need a car. (The Ptown airport is a 7-minute car ride away.) You may want bikes to get to Herring Cove or Race Point Beach — there are two bike shops offering well-priced daily or weekly rentals within a 5- or 10-minute walk. The homes nearby are a combination of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and vacation rentals. Live like a local, but please be mindful that your vacation may be our neighbor's full-time home. When you're coming and going, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours are from 8pm - 8am. Please be aware that, like most streets in Provincetown, homes on our street are densely situated, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.
