This is a wonderful place to stay in PTown. Perfect for a single or couple to relax, live it up, or join in the PTown experience. Quiet West End location, on the water, with great views of the harbor and beyond all day and night. The outdoor space is fantastic - your choice of shade or sun all day long. Jason was an extremely accommodating host. He even provided perfect August weather. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Live the life, folks!

Jason’s home was perfect for our party. All photos were accurate in reflecting the space, and it was a seamless check-in (even early due to cleaning ending early!). Jason is a kind and attentive host, and his quick responsiveness was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Jason and his home for a lovely Ptown getaway!

Dog friendly is an understatement, there was a dog bed waiting! It was such a gift to be able to bring our furry family member to this beach front location, in town, at an affordable price. We will definitely be booking again.

My stay here was perfect from start to finish. I was traveling as part of a larger group but opted to stay separately as I had to work during the week. This property was ideal for my needs. The location is incredibly close to the Stop & Shop and a super easy walk to Commercial Street. The apartment itself is spacious, perfectly appointed and sparkling clean. It's clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into every detail. Communication with the hosts was seamless and their instructions clear. They were thoughtful, friendly, and quick to respond. I've been visiting Provincetown for many years but this was my first time since Covid and could not have asked for a better base camp. I'll definitely be making this property a part of future trips.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Jason was very helpful pre-arrival, going out of his way to help us amend our stay details. Location is just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet but certainly close enough to everything you’ll want to do in town on foot. We didn’t cook at all but it seemed like the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The beds were comfortable. We had great weather during our stay but I will say that the air conditioner in the main bedroom ran super cold and the one in the living room that also served the futon bedroom never seemed to get very cold. Definitely could have been user error on our part and it wasn’t a super hot week so it didn’t really matter to us but just something to be aware of. I would absolutely rent this place or another of Jason’s rentals as he was really great to work with.

We have been staying in Provincetown for over 20 years. I have to say, this is one of the nicest places that we’ve ever stayed in town. Everything fit the description. The space was quiet and was clean. The unit was very modern. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but that’s not a big deal…that’s Provincetown! The full kitchen was amazing. We brought a lot of extra stuff with us just in case, as we’ve been to several Airbnb‘s, which don’t have many supplies. This kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine! The parking space was large and ample. The outdoor space was wonderful. We used the fire pit two nights in a row. It was wonderful way to wind down after long walks. As for our host, Jason, who is a super host…. He should be known as a fantastic host! Extremely responsive and extremely helpful and loved working with him ! A+ all around! Spectacular experience!

My stay on Franklin street at Jason's home was perfect. It is truly close to the main attractions on Commercial street but just tucked away enough to be private and quiet. The space is designed very well and the condo had everything I needed. Jason was responsive and the guidebook that I received well-before my trip was very helpful. I will be back!

Delft Haven is really such a beautiful spot and the location deep in the west end is absolutely perfect, especially if you want easy access to all the action but a quiet place to regroup and rest when needed.

Jason was an amazing host, always responds back quickly and couldn’t be more accommodating. The house was immaculate! Everything was clean, well maintained and felt like being at home. Location was perfect, close enough to walk to all P Town has to offer, but far enough away to get quiet time. This was our first time booking an Airbnb and couldn’t have been more impressed. If it’s available the week you’re going to P Town, don’t hesitate book it, you won’t be disappointed.
