Can’t say enough for this condo! So much going for it, but mostly it felt like being home if home was meticulously Well appointed and spotless…. Great location to walk Ptown, quiet, private. Highly recommend

Jason was an excellent helpful host. Check in was super easy. The condo and covered roof deck have excellent views of the harbor. It is also peaceful and quiet, yet easy to step out and walk to where restaurants and activities are. It's perfect for an individual or a couple.

Jason's accommodations are pleasingly decorated and comfortably furnished. There is a warm, bright, relaxing quality to the spaces. The upstairs primary bedroom is spacious and private, and the secondary bedroom is at the back of the unit and directly across from the downstairs bath, giving it privacy as well. The kitchen is large and very nicely appointed with a full high-quality set of pots and saute pans, cutlery, dishes, tools, etc. The unit is centrally located and easy walking distance to Commercial Street. In any quiet time spent in the unit, Jason has available an expansive collection of beautiful "coffee table" books on a variety of topics for your perusal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this AirBnB.

Top appartement waarin het aan niets ontbreekt. Strand, winkeltjes, supermarkt allemaal op loopafstand. Het appartement voelt meteen goed aan. Schoon, voorzien van alle apparatuur die je nodig hebt (en meer). We hebben een top weekend gehad.

My husband and I spent a lovely Thanksgiving week at Jason’s place and it was absolutely perfect. Right on the water for stunning sunrises and mere steps from so many restaurants, shops, galleries and even a little market for the fresh produce we needed for cooking at “home.” The comfy bed with plenty of blankets, well stocked kitchen, high-end bathroom and beautiful (and easy to use) fireplace made this cozy little gem the perfect home base for our mini-honeymoon. Highly recommend!!

This was my first experience with Airbnb and Jason made it very easy for me. He was always available to help. He has an app which describes the lodgings, the rules, things to do, great restaurants. Very clever and helpful. The place is beautiful - right on the beach with a private deck. So comfortable. Better than what we imagined and well worth it. We would love to return and will recommend it to friends. Thank you, Jason.

I really enjoyed my stay at 93 Commercial Street — Unit 6. The location is a major highlight—right near great restaurants, shops, and the waterfront, so it was easy to walk everywhere. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and the space had a welcoming, homey feel. Communication with the host was friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Overall, Unit 6 offers excellent value in a fantastic location. I felt comfortable the entire time and would happily stay here again.

Our unit in Provincetown was spotless and charming. The house was well-appointed, with everything you could want in the kitchen, generous amounts of towels, high quality linens, and fashionable surroundings. We would definitely stay at Ethan's property again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our “off season” stay at the house! The property was cozy, clean and quiet - which was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect and near everything! Our host, Jason, responded quickly whenever I had a question. We left feeling rested and recharged and I would definitely rebook in the future!
