This was a last minute decision after a planned on stay had to be cancelled. It turned out to be a great decision. Ethan's place is about a seven minute walk to Provincetown Center, it's quiet, and, most of all, it felt like a real home that was cared about and tended. Lovely paintings on the wall, comfortable furniture and beds, and a very well-stocked kitchen. All things that made it truly possible to relax and be on vacation. It's also a very close walk to some beautiful trails through Ptown's forests and marshes. Definitely would love to stay again!

We loved everything about this adorable condo! Very clean and comfortable! The view was amazing!! 5 stars all the way!! The location was perfect and we were able to walk to everything!! Thanks, Jason!! We will be back!!

Great location right in the middle of town, walkable to Commercial St, but just far enough away to not be busy. The property's interior was well appointed, comfortable, had all the amenities we needed for a weekend getaway.

Jason's place is in a quiet spot yet easily walkable to all things in town. The house is well-equipped and comfortable. We had a great weekend dining out and cooking.

Everything about this cozy, beachfront escape was perfect! Communicating with Jason was straightforward and timely, the location was ideal with easy access, and everything in the unit was as described if not better. I’ve visited Provincetown many times, but this stay has set the bar so high!

Bravo to a fantastic property with excellent amenities. It was easy walking distance to the waters edge and Provincetown Tennis club which was an added surprise. I particularly enjoyed the property's location in relation to the very busy town center area. The condo's appliances were excellent(loved the gas stove) which included an outdoor grill. This was my second experience with AirBnB(first was in London) and not only will I return to Jason's property but already have recommended it to numerous friends. A hearty thumbs up!

We had a great week at Jason's property. The property was super clean, and very thoughtfully laid out. Great location, and nice neighbors too! If you are looking for a beautiful place to enjoy all Provincetown has to offer, this is an ideal place to call home for a bit. Thank you Jason!

We were looking for a quick getaway to Ptown and Jason't place ticked all the right boxes. Squeaky clean and thoughtfully decorated modern yet warm and inviting. The furniture isvery comfortable and clean from dining chairs , to living room couch (good for stretching out for afternoon nap), and the beds were very comfy. Jasons place is located close enough to both Commercial Street and Bradford so easy to get to shops, restaurants and pubs where all the action is happening. Also a short walking distance to Stop and Shop for quick grocery trip(He provides bags as well Thank you). The street is quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. Jason was in constant communication and gave us heads up about potential road flooding and provided an alternative parking spot as we were there during a rainy weekend. Jason has taken good care of his property and it shows, everything is super organized and clean. We will def be coming back with our son~ Thank you Jason we had a wonderful time.

We found Jason's condo to be great. Very convenient for biking and getting around town. We will return. Jason was a great, kind and responsive host. Provincetown is so accepting and full of joy. Want to be there all the time for the vibe. Loved the book on history of DRAG. We rested. We biked. We found great restaurants. I would use Jason's suggestions for restaurants more next time. Our only comments were: 1. Please have some heavier blankets; 2. Please have some coffee pods in the kitchen for that first morning when you arrive late.
